How long does it take to get my book?

The digital PDF arrives within 5–10 minutes of payment. Hardcover copies print and ship in 7–14 business days. Custom Story Videos render within an hour and email when ready.

Will the characters actually look like my family?

Yes — we use the photo you upload as a reference for every page. Likeness is Pixar-stylized, not photorealistic, so it reads as a children's book character that's clearly them. You'll see a free preview before you pay.

Can I add multiple kids or family members?

Most books support up to 4 people. Each extra character is a small add-on at checkout. The wizard caps you at the limit each template supports.

What if the preview doesn't look right?

You get one free re-render. If it's still off, our team will hand-craft a fresh take within 24 hours — no extra charge.

Where do hardcovers ship from?

US fulfillment is in Washington state. We currently ship within the United States only. International coming late 2026.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital products are non-refundable once rendered, as the book is custom-generated for your order. Hardcover orders can be refunded before they enter production. After that, refunds are case-by-case for print quality issues.

How is my child's photo used?

Only to build your book. Photos are stored encrypted, used by our render pipeline, and deleted after the book ships. We never sell or share photos and we never use them to train external AI models.

Can I order multiple copies of the same book?

Yes — you can adjust quantity at checkout. Each extra hardcover is the same per-unit price.

Do you do custom stories for couples, weddings, or other moments?

Yes — fill out the form on the Custom page and a real human will write and illustrate it. Turnaround is 3–7 days depending on complexity.
