Because every book is made to order and personalized for you, our policy reflects that.

The Short Version

You preview every page before you pay. If you approved the preview and the book was printed correctly, it's yours.

If there's a print defect or production error on our end, we'll reprint it or refund you. No questions asked.

By Product Type

Digital Books

Non-refundable once delivered. Digital files are delivered immediately on purchase.

Hardcover Books (print defect)

Full reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery. Email a photo of the defect to hello@mystarverse.com.

Hardcover Books (change of mind)

Because books are personalized and printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Animated Videos

Non-refundable once rendered and delivered to your library.

What Counts as a Print Defect

We'll reprint or refund for: pages that are missing, blank, or out of order; binding defects that cause pages to fall out; color printing that is significantly off from what you approved in the preview; covers that are damaged on arrival.

We won't reprint for: differences between screen preview and print color that are within normal printing tolerance; personalization errors that were present in the preview you approved.

Lost or Damaged in Shipping

If your book is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@mystarverse.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll sort it out.

How to Request a Reprint or Refund

Email hello@mystarverse.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For defects, include a photo. We respond within one business day and process reprints within 3 to 5 business days. See our shipping page for delivery timelines.
