Terms of Service

By using MyStarVerse ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyStarVerse creates personalized children's books and related digital products using AI-generated illustrations based on photos you provide. Each book is created to order and personalized specifically for you.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be 18 or older to create an account and place orders.

By uploading photos and providing content, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to authorize us to use them to create your book. You must not upload photos of people without their consent, or photos of minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant MyStarVerse a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order.

The illustrated books we create are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print, share, and display your book for personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the illustrations commercially without our written consent.

MyStarVerse retains all rights to its platform, templates, story content, and AI-generated artwork beyond the personal license granted to you.

All prices are in USD. Orders are processed through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms or that we are unable to fulfill, with a full refund.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. For hardcover books, see our Returns Policy. If your book contains a production error caused by us, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.

You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that AI-generated illustrations will meet any specific likeness standard. We provide a preview before purchase so you can approve the result before paying.

MyStarVerse's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
