MyStarVerse ("we," "our," or "us") operates mystarverse.com, a personalized children's book service. Our contact email is hello@mystarverse.com.

Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.

Order information: billing address, shipping address, and payment details processed securely through Stripe. We never store full card numbers.

Photos: photos you upload to generate illustrated characters for your book. These are used solely to create your book and are not shared, sold, or used to train AI models.

Book content: character names, ages, story selections, and other personalization choices you provide.

Usage data: pages visited, time on site, and device type, collected via standard analytics tools.

We use your information to create and deliver your personalized book, process payments, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos or your child's photos for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than creating your order.

Photos you upload are stored securely and used only to generate the illustrated character for your book. We take the protection of children's photos seriously. Photos are not shared with third parties except the AI processing services required to generate your illustrations, which are bound by data processing agreements.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform: payment processing (Stripe), cloud storage (Cloudflare), print fulfillment partners, and email delivery. All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

We retain your account information and order history as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are retained for 90 days after order completion to support re-orders and revisions, then deleted. You may request deletion of your photos at any time by emailing hello@mystarverse.com.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@mystarverse.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and never touches our servers. We conduct regular security reviews of our platform.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
